They fit on all piers that have pipe railings. Piers such as: Santa Monica, Manhattan, Redondo Municipal, Newport, and Balboa etc. You can have them with wing nuts or regular nuts. Minimum purchase is 2 rod holders ($15/piece) and includes 2 extra nuts and how to use instructions. I’ll include the tool (see picture). Cash and Pick Up Only. Thanks.
Why would you need them?
· To protect your investment. How many times have you (or somebody or the wind) knocked your rods/reels to the pier floor? And to find out that they broke or got cracked requiring repairs/replacement?
· To secure your spot. You get to the pier early, find your favorite spot and you set up your gear. And sometime later, somebody just waltzes in and takes your spot.
. To save your arm for the fight with the big fish/catch. Aren’t you tired of holding your rod waiting for the bite?
· To fish with confidence. Not to have another “Lost Big Fish Experience” due to weakened line. It happens when your line has been rubbing against the railing.
· To enjoy and have a great day pier fishing. If you can avoid at least one (hopefully all) of the unpleasant experiences, then you’d be in better mood, which translates in positive thinking. And positive thinking has helped me catch fish even in not-so-good tide/weather.
