This is a 30 foot Cabin Cruiser that is in good condition and ready to hit the bay. I have had no problems in the 2 years I have owned her and have only needed to replace the heat exchanger pipes and the shift cables from normal wear and tear. The boat has a clean working head/shower and stove and sink. It also has room to sleep 6 comfortably and a flat screen television. The boat comes with a choice slip at Port royal marinas in redondo beach directly behind the Cheesecake Factory.
