At this time we are growing and looking for a resident managers to join our success. We currently have a position in our centrally located West Los Angeles property.
This property is a smaller community and offers Discounted Rent.
On-site property managers are responsible for all phases of community operations under the direction of the Regional Manager.
Experience in Property management is preferred.
On-site managers are also responsible for serving and satisfying our residents and earning their trust, identifying ways to continually improve the living experience of our residents, and for responding quickly and courteously to all residents needs pertaining to maintenance that may require troubleshooting and taking appropriate action to repair and/ or restore service. They hold the responsibility of maintaining the common areas of the community in excellent condition, along with enforcing all rules and regulations including home and home-site condition through ongoing home-site inspections.

Job Requirements:
o English Speaking
o Property management experience preferred
o High School degree (minimum)
o Demonstrated skills in management and maintenance
o Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other trades is a plus.
o Desire to make continuous improvements
o Computer literacy a must
o Excellent communication skills
o Supervisory skills
