Davlyn Investments & Property Management has an immediate need for professional, talented and dedicated property managers with multi-family experience who want to be part of an exciting and growing real estate investment firm.

OVERVIEW
Davlyn is headquarterd in San Diego and currently owns and manages 26 multi-family apartment communities throughout Southern California.
Our apartment communities are well-maintained and many have been recently renovated.
Our properties in the San Fernando Valley generally are considered B+ to B class and range in size between 60-160 units.
Living on-site is required in most cases, but is sometimes optional depending on the need at a specific apartment community.
The compensation package varies depending on the size of the apartment community and whether the property manager lives on or off site. If living on site, the cost of the apartment is considered as part of the total compensation.
Utilities are not included.
Property Managers are eligible for a quarterly bonus based on NOI.
The work schedule will be either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday and normal daily work hours are 9 AM - 6 PM.
Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401K plan, vacation time and sick leave.
NOTE: All offers of employment are contingent upon passing a drug screen, criminal background check and credit check.

REQUIREMENTS
** 2 -5+ years of recent experience with an established property management firm as a Manager or Assistant Manager of a multi-family community
** Education and/or training in property management law, regulations, processes and procedures
** A proven track record of job stability and success in meeting or exceeding goals and objectives with past properties
** A friendly, outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, a superior customer service focus and the ability to manage and motivate staff
** A professional demeanor, appearance and dress code
** Strong sales, marketing, financial and personnel management skills (including experience with budgeting, variance reports, leasing, market surveys and knowledge of labor laws)
** Intermediate level proficiency with Yardi and MS Word, Excel and Outlook
** A valid California driver’s license, proof of car insurance and a good driving record
