A company is looking for a Data Entry Clerk with an accounting background, this is a temporary assignment for 3-6 months. The interviews will start January 4, 2010.
The responsibilities include Process and enter accounts payable invoices and purchase orders for multiple divisions.Some light administrative duties such as copying faxing/emailing, mailing documents, and answering phones.
The qualifications include 10 key by touch. Experience in the fields of accounting is a plus.Knowledge of Word and Excel. Good communication skills verbal and written.Some college course work preferred.
