We are seeking a Full Time, Permanent Front Desk/ Data Entry person to start ASAP.
The following requirements must be met to be considered:
- Strong 10-Key (must be accurate) and Quickbooks savvy
- Communicate with clients in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Operates standard office equipments
- Must be local and able to work overtime including Saturdays
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answering and routing incoming calls
- Data Entry
- Scheduling meetings
- Mailing and Filing
