Looking for an individual that is a self starter and has a backround in the customer service industry. Applicant needs to be able to work closely and maintain relationships with current vendors, while being able to create new contacts with other vendors we might not already be working with. Must have good time management skills as you will be asked to manage several tasks at one time. We are looking for an individual that posses the following qualifications: excellent telephone and customer service skills, possible collection interaction, strong verbal and written communication, must display helpful attitude and the ability to listen and work with minimal supervision. Communication with other affiliated companies that may employee individuals with different personalities, which will require you to have a level of assertiveness, while still being professional. You must be able to demonstrate that you are detailed oriented and are able to make decisions by looking outside the box. You will also need to be able to adhere to a very detailed oriented systematic business which posses a high level of confidentiality.
If candidate is bilingual in Spanish, has any kind of experience in collections, medical records and/or a mortgage backround this would be a plus, but not necessary. You must posse strong verbal skills while on phone. Hopefully you are looking to become part of a fast growing company, with the potential of individual career advancement.
