Description:
Perform daily secretarial and administrative functions for department managers in our office in Los Angeles . Utilize software packages (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint). Schedule international and domestic travel arrangements, coordinate video/teleconferences, maintain all departmental reporting systems, and expense reports. Prepare PowerPoint presentations. Utilize MS Outlook for scheduling meetings, appointments etc. and for utilizing electronic mail; interact with administrative staff and supervisors. May also train new temporaries
Qualifications:
Professional in demeanor and appearance. Strong communication skills; well organized; multi-tasked; able to work under little or no supervision. Previous office experience required. Prior company experience preferred.
EDUCATION :
H.S. Degree or equivalent, business or junior level college preferred.
