Promotional Merchandise Company seeks energetic, organized office manager. As part of a small office team, we expect you to be able to wear multiple hats, work independently, have organizational skills and demonstrate initiative.
Duties include:
- Customer service by phone and email
- Order processing
- Vendor relations
- Purchasing domestically and overseas
- General office duties
We expect you to have excellent written and spoken English skills and to be able to conduct yourself in a pleasant, efficient and courteous manner. MS office knowledge, a can-do attitude and a positive outlook are definitely needed; reliability and multi-tasking capabilities won’t hurt, either. Previous experience from promotional merchandise field considered a plus, though not required.
