Job Description
Leather in Chicago,Inc. sells small leather accessories on wholesale basis via phone, internet (eBay, Amazon, Facebook, etc.) and in office. This position requires the employee to manage the database and graphics for all products sold. The individual should also be able to make invoices via Quickbooks, shipping with UPS and Fedex and trucking companies. Maintain inventory.
Typical Work Activities
* Work with Quickbooks to prepare invoice, maintain database of clients
* Work with Ebay on program changes and update products accordingly
* Check pricing of competitors and keep our products at or below competitors
* Fix and modify product photos to comply with Ebay standards
* Work with Buying Dept. to find and implement new supplier companies that meet the needs of Leather in Chicago, Inc.
* Customer Service/ phone calls
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette skills
Very detailed, mindful of the importance of details, and committed to detail proficiency
Multi tasks easily
Type minimum of 50 WPM
Proficient in MS Word
Computer literate, skilled at data entry and can look up data quickly while talking to customers.
Proficient in English & Grammar. Prefer good proofing skills but not required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
Willingness and ability to work hard and overtime on occasion.
Shift
* $10 per hour to start.
* Partime permanent; 24 Hrs Per Week
* Monday - Wednesday
* 9:30am- 5:30pm
