Small business owner looking for a personal and office assistant who is hard worker, has a great eye for detail that can work fast. Your job will be to:
1- Assist the owner for general office jobs and sales to get the new accounts
2- Assist the owner for personals and travel with owner when needed
3- Follow up with customers to get the required documents
4- Going to business meeting with the owner
Candidate will:
Must have a Minimum 2-3 years sales, office and personal assistant experience
have a competitive desire to succeed
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with outgoing personality
Solid time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
be very organized and well dressed
be able to travel
be able to use the net as a research tool
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and the Internet required.
