We are a well respected, established Union Ceramic tile contractor looking for a sharp, self-motivated, multi tasked Estimator/Project Manager who shares our high level of quality, integrity, and teamwork and desire to grow with us.
This position requires a focused and mature individual who can utilize analytical thinking. Must be detail oriented and able to run multiple projects with complete clarity and organization. Excellent communication skills are essential. Our projects include large commercial, institutional, industrial and hospitality customers.
Construction skills needed: Blueprint reading, and ability to provide full estimating services including detailed takeoffs from bid drawings and specifications. A minimum of 5 years previous experience in estimating and project management. Knowledge of ceramic tile, trim shapes and installation methods.
Computer skills needed: Microsoft Word and Excel, and plan viewing software such as Maxview, Bidview or CADD.
