TriStaff is partnering with a multinational proved of highly engineered technology advanced products supporting defense and commercial aerospace industries. The new addition will be a Site Manager for their Los Angeles area Design Centre and will have the overall responsibility of the center from concept definition thru full lifecycle support. Managing functional groups such as Engineering, Ops, HR, Biz Dev and Finance. Growth opportunity for future additional leadership roles for the right individual.
Job Duties:
Directs management of product and technology development including ownership of R&D Budgets
Establishes and delivers on commitments for on-time and on budget product delivery
Provides leadership to team and administers company policies while maintaining positive employer/employee relations.
Represents Design Centre, presenting complex matters effectively
Proactively strives to maximize customer and employee satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of embedded computing systems architecture, hardware, software and related support requirements, preferably in the MilAero industry.
Successful track record of producing results, meeting financial targets and leading product development teams.
5 + years in a leadership role
BSEE/BSCC or equivalent Masters degree preferred
ITAR/EAR exposure preferred
