Requirements:
Education Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Licensure Registered Architect in the State of California is extremely desirable.
Significant Working Experience at least 8-12 years, including 4-6 years as a Project Architect with experience in Commercial and Residential architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.
Proven mentoring success
Other Stuff:
Reports to Principal(s)
Strong growth potential to move into project management role
Responsible for the mentoring of staff to focus all efforts toward a client service model
