Position Description:
The engineer will be responsible for designing analog and mixed signal readout integrated circuits used in imaging sensors.
Design and detailed analysis of analog and mixed signal integrated circuits
using both hand analysis and computer simulation
Mask layout and design verification
Testing and evaluation of new designs
Documenting circuit designs, analyses, and measured performances
Participate in customer interface and design reviews
Required Skills:
Experience designing with CMOS technologies
Familiarity with common EDA tools
Knowledge of product development cycle
Good analytical skills
Good oral and written communication
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Self motivated and results oriented
Favored Experience:
- design of infrared and/or visible 2D imaging arrays
- design/layout of very large format imaging arrays
- low power/low noise CMOS analog circuit design
- full-custom logic/state-machine/interface CMOS digital design
- CMOS device modeling, analysis
- room and cryogenic temperature circuit design
- working with Windows-based EDA tools
- working with SPICE, Verilog/Verilog-A, MATLAB
- working in MS Windows/Vista PC environment
Education:
Minimum B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering
Work Authorization:
US Citizen or Permanent Residency Status
