Your role will include building long-term relationships with clients, and managing the contractual/financial responsibilities of projects for hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, medical office buildings, and long-term care facilities. Strong presentation, organizational and communication skills are needed to work in a collaborative format with the team taking a leadership role among team members. Lead and manage teams to attainment of successful project financial objectives; responsible for project profit and loss.
BArch and a minimum of 15 years of healthcare project management experience on mid-to-large scale California projects required. MArch and architectural license preferred. Make meaningful contributions to the built environment as a part of the Cannon Design team. EEO/AA
