Residential General Contractor is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional negotiating skills, who is profit-driven, highly organized, team-oriented and able to work accurately and independently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises the daily activities of the purchasing department. Prepares and reviews bid proposals and negotiates contract pricing and terms within budgetary limitations and scope of authority. Prepares purchase orders and negotiates pricing with material supplies.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work on a team with exceptional communication skills, computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel, detail oriented, strong negotiation abilities. You need to have 5+ years purchasing experience in the construction industry, College degree and experience in residential construction preferred. Previous experience with Master Builder software preferred.
Must be of unquestionable integrity, possess a drive to succeed and accomplish team challenges in a dynamic, hard working, fast growing business environment.
