You can join our exciting team! The Regional Office team is seeking an Excel Guru – Intern, part-time, temporary with exceptional MS Excel knowledge to support projects for business planning, budgeting and business performance analysis.
Particulars:
+ Part-time (10-20 hours per week) student or business intern with hands-on experience and expertise using MS Excel.
+ Able to assist the executive team with various projects using analytical skills to create, format and develop Excel spreadsheets and accompanying reports/analysis in either Word or Power Point..
+ Background in Finance, Business, Accounting or Marketing, with experience designing advanced Excel spreadsheets to track progress, show results of, or analyze data.
+ A person who embraces the idea that details are critical.
Preferences:
+ Spreadsheet design, determining analysis requirements, creating format in clear, simple worksheets
+ Advanced knowledge of formulas and functions including IF Statements, AVG, sum; and advanced knowledge of application basics including formatting and editing features.
+ A student who has completed Marketing and Finance courses
+ Ability to follow directions with an affinity for details, and work independently
Pluses:
+ Knowledge of pivot tables and macros..
+ Prior experience or school projects involving business analysis.
+ Working knowledge of MS Power Point and MS Word, with ability to prepare charts and graphs.
