Established jewelry designer looking for experienced business person to run the day to day operations and marketing of an internationally recognized jewelry company.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing sales representatives to ensure they achieve their sales goals.
Creating marketing strategies and materials for growing the business/sales
Opening new accounts and maintaining relationships with key accounts, reps, and customers.
Generating and delegating tasking and the management of employees
Overseeing the management of inventory.
Working with accountant to make sure invoices are going out/being paid.
Working directly with the CEO and designer to make sure the company is successful and collections are ready for each new season.
Ideal candidate would have experience working at consumer products company in the wholesale to retail space.
