BizEx is looking for talented, highly motivated people interested in becoming a business broker. The position involves representing Buyers and Sellers in the sale of small businesses in the $200k to $20M range. The successful candidate will develop business listings, provide a market value and manage the sales transaction from start to finish. This is a full time, 100% commission position with $100k plus earnings potential for the right candidate.

An experienced broker understands the competitive advantages a successful business possesses, what elements drive growth and valuation, and can articulate these qualities to both buyers and sellers. You will have the freedom to choose your own hours and make significant earnings over time.
Ideally a qualified applicant will:
* Have at least a B.S./B.A. degree. An MBA is preferred but not required.
* Have prior business ownership experience.
* Have some sales and brokerage experience.
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Be quick on their feet. Can facilitate negotiations.
* Be good with managing people under stress, particularly during large, financial transactions.
* Be computer literate, good with numbers, and understand business financials.
* Have some project management experience.
* Be willing to work as an independent contractor on 100% Commission.
* Have several months worth of living expense.
* Have a DRE License, or have a date scheduled to take the exam (We can work with you to set this up).
