PERSONAL ASSISTANT- (CALIFORNIA)

We are seeking a diligent, resourceful person who can give us a regular 4 hour block of time, roughly 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM… 10 hours per week. An undergraduate degree or it's equivalent experience is needed.




Skills:


“Today’s” computer skills a must: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Excel proficiency is a big plus.


Microsoft Project would be a plus, but not required.


Must be highly organized, efficient and self-directing in a multi-tasking environment


Excellent interpersonal/communication skills


Resourceful, attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are critical
