Data Entry & Customer Service



Job Description


Andrew Christian Inc. sells a variety of Andrew Christian and non-Andrew Christian branded products on AndrewChristian.com and Amazon.com via their Seller Central web store.
This position requires the employee to manage the full scope of database and graphics along with vendor set-up and
management for all products sold via the Amazon.com Channel.


This roll also is a fill in for customer service / buying team members when needed. A strong understanding of how to best server customers is also required.


This position plays a vital role in driving sales results on the AndrewChristian.com & Amazon.com Channel for Andrew Christian, Inc.



Typical Work Activities


Data (Primary Position Focus):


  • Work in Access Database & Excel Applications to maintain product listings of Andrew Christian's product vendors on Amazon via Text File Upload and SellerCentral.com
  • Work with Amazon on program changes and update products accordingly
  • Check pricing of competitors and keep our products at or below competitors
  • Fix and modify product photos to comply with Amazon standards
  • Work with Buying Dept. to find and implement new supplier companies that meet the needs of Andrew Christian supply chain

Fill-In Customer Service (As Needed):

  • Work in online order admin website to process customer orders
  • Search for missing products in various inventory channels to complete orders
  • Notify customers if their item is out of stock, work with them to change order if possible
  • Taking all phone orders and placing them on the website for the customer
  • Respond, answer, assist or otherwise process 100% of daily emails, chat requests, voice mail, and phone calls
  • Address customer's inquiries, resolve customer's problems
  • Process all returns - refunds/exchanges
  • Reship lost orders
  • Keep inventory updated on AIMS and EasyShop
  • Keeping track of charge backs - responding to them in a timely fashion and processing them
  • Shipping and processing underwear of the month club orders
  • Route phone calls and take messages
  • Find and report "system errors" to management for resolution
  • Assist with shipping of orders as needed
  • Work in Factory Store completing customer transactions in POS system
  • Assist in other departments when needed once daily tasks are completed







Education and Experience



  • 2+ Yr College Degree or equivalent (Communications, Marketing, Fashion Fields, Data Management, and/or Graphic Design)
  • 1+ year experience in customer service and/or retail apparel related fields



Skills and Requirements



  • Documented track record of successful work history & customer service skills
  • Prior experience in customer service, data management, graphics & order management systems
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized
  • Must be able to independently manage customer issues through to resolution
  • Must possess excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications Word and Excel
  • Proficiency with Gmail style web based email applications
  • Proficiency with Text Chat styles programs
  • Display a professional demeanor while representing Andrew Christian, Inc.
  • Must meet all pre and post employment requirements, including but not limited to Background Check and drug screening





Physical Requirements


  • Must be able to sit in a chair at a desk and use a computer for long periods of time, up to 8 hours (with breaks)
  • Must be able to type 50+ WPM on an English US style PC Keyboard
  • Must be able to use a computer mouse proficiently
  • Must be able to look at an LCD computer monitor for long periods of time, up to 8 hours (with breaks)
  • Must be able to read, speak and write in English fluently as primary language at least a high school+ level






Interactions



  • This employee will interact will all levels of management as well as company employees, customers and vendors. Must speak English fluently.



Shift


  • Full Time, 40 Hrs Per Week
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:30am - 5:00pm
