We are hiring for 2 telephone customer service reps to start ASAP in our downtown Santa Monica office. Responsible for inbound and outbound calling and light sales (to grow over time, none yet).
Inbound calls:
- Point of contact for consumers calling brighter.com with questions about brighter, participating dentists, membership, pricing information, voucher redemption and cost of plans.
- Point of contact for dentists calling brighter.com with questions about pricing information, voucher redemption and partner affiliation.
Outbound calls:
- Contacting consumers at designated touchpoints to get feedback about brighter.com process, voucher redemption and dentist experience.
- Contacting dentists at designated touchpoints to get additional profile information, patient contact follow up, and orientation process.
Experience that would help you in this position: Salesforce, dental office, lead-gen based sales, conversion from trial-to-paid membership.

Position will be a contractor position (1099) for 90 days and then F/T hire.
