Seeking experienced and mature Customer Service Rep individuals for full time CAREER as a Customer Service Rep, Make a difference today.
Job Duties Include:
- Interacting and responding to a high volume of client inquiries via telephone, email, or in person
- Handle and resolve objections, disputes, and complaints resulting in win-win solutions for both the client and the company
- Successfully retaining client relationships and increase overall client satisfaction
- Successfully implementing company policy and procedures
- Tracking client progress in MS Excel
- Assist Manager with administrative duties
Requirements:
- Relevant sales experience
- Must have a friendly and professional demeanor
- Must have strong proficiency with MS Excel
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
$25-$30k plus a weekly bonus structure
