Hours: Part time/Full time available
Seeking an outgoing, responsible, and professional individual for a customer service position located at the Del Amo Mall. The position involves the daily functions of the mall’s Guest Services Booth, which includes providing customers, retailers and the general public with assistance related to Simon gift cards and mall/area information. Employees will be required to answer phones, help customers, fulfill gift card orders, and assist with various projects.
High School diploma and cash handling experience required. One year in retail or customer service preferred. Interest in Marketing or Hospitality a plus.
