We are looking to add more Technical Support/Customer Service Associates to our call center. This is an inbound call center assisting our customers with any technical difficulty they might be having. We need to fill these positions ASAP.
This is a full time position. This position is Monday thru Friday with rotating Saturdays, hours from 7-3:30pm. Computer literate, comfortable searching the internet and HTML skills are required. Excellent follow-through abilities and a great phone presence is a must. This position pays $11.00 - $12.00 per hour. Paid training for the first two weeks is from 8 am - 5 pm.
