· 3-5 years of Customer Service experience in a fast paced office environment, in manufacturing preferred.
· Must have experience multitasking/prioritizing work on a daily basis.
· Experience working with different departments/personnel members to insure customer’s needs are met
· Experience working with the AS400 software is a plus
· Experience with Contract/Purchase Order review is a plus.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not a requirement for the job.
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (some OT on occasion)
