I am looking for a person with a good base of knowledge in the car audio field to work in my returns and exchanges department. We are looking specifically for somebody with knowledge in car audio products and installation because they will need to be able to determine whether or not each product is defective, or if it has been damaged due to user error. In addition to this, we will need someone who is comfortable with a high volume of calls and returns, and can work with us to create an easier to use system. The main skills I would like you to have are the following:
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organization and ability to manage and keep track of the returns department.
Customer service background is a big plus!
Ability to communicate clearly to customers to let them know what is happening with their returns.
Willingness to adapt the procedures in place towards more efficiency
Use of Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Reader, and UPS Worldship will be hugely beneficial
We are looking to fill this position immediately, and require a full time employee from 9am-5pm. Our warehouse is open Monday thru Friday.
