TigerLead Solutions is a thriving young company providing Internet marketing services and proprietary lead management software to successful Realtors throughout North America. We're adding a key role within our technical services team to support our existing client base as well as the rapid growth of our newest product, which is an industry-first Facebook application to build on our leadership in Internet services for real estate search, lead gen, and lead management.



About the Job

As a Level II Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our growing user base and collaborate with our engineers on projects and ongoing maintenance of our systems. The various responsibilities of the job include setting up services for new clients, working with the large databases underlying our real estate search tools, communicating with clients to evaluate bug reports, troubleshooting technical issues escalated by our client services team, and interfacing with programmers on systems maintenance and development. The job is technical in nature but does not require any specific experience or programming skills, as you will be working with our internally developed software tools and systems.



About You

Our ideal candidate would be someone with high technical aptitude who enjoys solving tricky problems and keeping systems running smoothly. A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally from a selective institution. As the position involves direct communication with clients, we are seeking a candidate with a pleasant and articulate phone manner and excellent written communication skills. The right attitude and a sense of humor are essential. We are willing to invest great training in a candidate with indirect experience but the potential to learn quickly and be a great fit within the team.
