Go Rentals is a car rental company that caters to the private jet industry. We are looking for someone to help manage the Santa Monica location.
The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job:
• Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships (must be a people person and have sales experience)
• Answers incoming customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Responds to and investigates customer inquiries, concerns, and issues
• Receives, records, and routes customer reservations/changes in appropriate manner
• Answers customer inquiries and provides appropriate product-related information
• Researches and resolves customer complaints and/or billing issues
• Contacts customers when necessary to follow-up on customer issues or reservations
• Maintains working knowledge of our products and services
• Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of our vehicles and insurance products
• Negotiates rental contracts
• Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and on time
• Attends and participates in team meetings / Must have a clean driving record
