We are currently seeking applicants interested in a part time teaching position. The hours are in the afternoon Monday-Friday and pay is based on experience. We are seeking English and Math teachers who are comfortable teaching classes of around 15 students. Teachers must be motivated, and responsible. If you assign homework, you must make sure students complete it, and correct it. Teachers must be responsible and professional. Teachers with credentials are preferred but students in credential programs are welcome to apply. This is not like teaching in a public school setting, instructors must be able to keep track of their students progress, and plan goal oriented lessons in the classes they are assigned to teach. We provide the material and can provide guidance as to scheduling and pacing but teachers must keep track of their classes and their progress. They must inform the staff if there are any students falling behind or having behavioral issues in the class.
