The Opportunity:
Begin your career with Revolution Prep's Entrepreneurial Management Development program. Learn how to run a business and be a part of a best in class training program located in Santa Monica, CA at the company�s home office. Within 12 to 18 months, high performing individuals will be promoted to a Regional Manager opportunity, where they will be responsible for a million dollar sales region. This role is most commonly compared to starting positions at companies such as Goldman Sachs or Bain but with a greater entrepreneurial and sales focus in a company with a strong social mission.
The Candidate:
An accomplished college graduate who has demonstrated leadership in athletics, philanthropic activities, social organizations or internships and work experience. Ideal candidates are interested in building a career path in sales and determining their own income potential.

Salary and Benefits Compensation:
Total compensation package in the first year is $40k-$50k with the top performers making $100K in the third year. In addition: Medical, Dental, Vision benefits and 401k with Company matching.
