We are looking for a full-time CENTER DIRECTOR for our Valencia, CA location. Responsible for the leading the center staff, the Center Director has primary responsibility for the successful operation and profitable growth of the learning center. This is an exciting opportunity in business management in a highly rewarding educational environment!
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
External marketing and outreach to schools, businesses and the local community
Daily center operation and revenue growth plan
Develop, implement and assure quality delivery of individualized student instructional programs
Manage center financial operation and payroll
Lead/motivate full-time management and part-time teaching staff, including hiring, training, goal-setting and evaluation
Initial and ongoing parent conferences
School relationships and teacher meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree required
Demonstrated results in driving sales and business growth
Staff leadership experience of direct reports
P&L management experience in a retail/sales environment
Excellent communications skills and customer service orientation/ability
Prior experience in an education/child-focused environment working with students, parents, and teachers
Detail-oriented organizational and multi-tasking skills
Professional demeanor; high energy and commitment level
Willingness to work days, early evenings and Saturdays
Located within commuting distance to Valencia, CA
