We are currently seeking an administrative assistant (20 25 hours per week) to work closely with the President of a well-established Employee Benefits company located in Woodland Hills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Creating documents, spreadsheets and proposals
Contacting insurance carriers to assist clients with service related inquiries.
Interaction with clients and staff via phone, email and IM.
Required skills:
Minimum two years administrative experience.
Excellent typing and intermediate computer skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
Excellent organizational and research skills
Proficient in using the internet
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimum direction/supervision; as well as work independently.
