We are looking to rent space out of health club in the Yahoo! Center, we are located on the retail floor in a 1 million square foot project with tenants including HBO, Yahoo! CBS King World and Fox. TriFit is a 26,000 square foot club complete with fully equipped weight room, cycling studio, yoga studio, pilates, tennis, squash and racquetball. Our newest addition is TriFit Performance, a state-of-the art training and testing center that is certified by USA Triathlon as one of only 3 performance centers in the US. TriFit Performance offers bike fitting, lactate and metabolic testing, bike fitting, altitude simulation training and will offer physical therapy. We are looking for an individual that has experience working with athletes and the average person with common injuries. You will have access to the health club for the purposes of rehab for your clients, all clients will have free valet parking with 3 hour validation. We are also sponsors of two major endurance training organizations in Santa Monica. The monthly rent is $1500 and includes all parking and utilities. A one month deposit is required up front.
