Industry-leading healthcare company seeks a Night Shift Dispatch Supervisor to effectively manage and direct the day to day operations of the dispatch department.
Skill Requirements:
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in dispatch. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Must have a high degree of organizational skills.
Intermediate computer skills are required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the proper operations of the dispatch department. This would include the accuracy of dispatching field Phlebotomist and Technicians according to their areas of duties.
Troubleshoot problems and concerns regarding Phlebotomist and Technicians.
Promptly answer incoming calls and accurately responding to requested information.
Maintain client and patient confidentiality as required.
Constant monitoring of phlebotomists and/or technician assignments
Monitor work schedules and payroll
Understand all dispatch/customer service and technical activities and ensures company service policies and procedures are upheld.
Maintain quality assurance of work performed.
