Career Consultant
We are looking for Actors with strong relationships with other actors. The kind of Actor who wants to make a difference in the careers of those around them.
You must have a vital understanding of steps needed to progress an actor’s career as well as an understanding of the entertainment industry. Must be entrepreneurial, responsible, self-starter, detailed-oriented, multi-tasker with excellent computer (Word, Excel, Access, Internet) and organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize duties and manage time independently. Must be excellent on the telephone.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for guiding other artists to reach their goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop a client base of actors actively investing in their career
- Maintain a member directory of client base
- Maintain and nurture client base
Know the clients needs
Develop a plan for each client
Know the products offered
Link the products directly to client’s needs
Stay in contact with clients regularly
- Develop avenues of outreach for new clients so as to maintain a base of at least 200 active clients at all times
- Understand the benefits and qualities of each class offered
- Look ahead on the calendar to stay aware of upcoming events
- Maintain records of sales and commissions earned
- This position is fantastic for any actor who needs flexibility and a chance to grow and thrive in an Entertainment based company
