Established in 1978 and celebrating our 30th anniversary, Yafa is the manufacturer and worldwide distributor for 3 brands: Monteverde, Yafa, and Aldo Domani, which are now available in 25 countries. Yafa Pen Company is also the exclusive North American distributor for the prestigious Italian brand, Delta and markiaro from Naples Italy.
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for our Promotional Products Division. The position requires the following:
1. At least 3+ years in sales or marketing position in a promotions company preferably ASI familiar
2. Excellent planning, leadership, organizational, problem solving, analytical, communication, presentation and customer service skills
3. Must have a strong work ethic and ability to make good decisions
4. Ability to develop, implement and evaluate sales strategies
5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task, meet stringent deadlines with a do what it takes attitude.
6. Must know Quickbooks and able to do data entry for customer orders (SO) and coordinate each order with art, printshop and shipping departments
7. Update customer information in QB
8. Answer basic customer service calls when necessary like pricing inquiries, status of orders, artwork, tracking information etc.
9. Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
10. VERY detail oriented and VERY organize
11. Can travel locally and abroad for trade shows
12. Able to comply with instructions and company policy
This is a full time job. From 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
