Qualifications:
* PhD or Master’s in Computer Science
* Knowledge of data mining, information retrieval, machine learning and information processing technology
* Excellent knowledge of database systems and programming
* Solid background in algorithm, data structure, and common object-oriented design patterns
* Excellent knowledge of and experience with Java (2D and 3D) and Swing
* Working knowledge of LINUX and Windows
