GAME MASTER
Bilingual English/Spanish
Qualification:
Bilingual in English/Spanish with excellent written and oral communication skills
Previous customer service experience and a commitment to superior customer satisfaction
Team-oriented work attitude with an ability to work independently
Able to deal with high stress
Familiarity with PC gaming and MMORPGs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Open and flexible schedule including 3rd shifts and afternoon shifts
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, but supportive environment
Requires strong attention to detail & follow through on User issues
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for resolving users' inquiries, disputes, complaints and ensuring user satisfaction
Collect, investigate, process, and document various data regarding in-game issues, exploits and
bugs
Educate Users on existing GM support rules and Guidelines
Act as a liaison between users and various internal departments.
Provide technical support to end users on game and other game related issues
Translating game web sites, forums and announcements from English to Spanish
