We are currently searching for a full-time, non-exempt IT Applications Support person that will report directly to the Director of Computer Services. They will be responsible for maintaining Windows and Citrix servers and workstations. They will provide support to end users on a variety of issues also identify, research, and resolve all technical problems. They will respond to all technical supports calls, email and personal requests.
The right candidate will be self motivated, have a college degree, and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT. They must be knowledgeable in Windows XP, MS Office, Outlook, and Active Directory. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide creative solutions to user problems. Excellent teamwork and customer service skills are a must.
