Icon Media Direct, Inc. is one of the top Direct Response Advertising Agencies in the Industry. We are currently seeking a Data Analyst in our Data Management Department. The primary responsibilities of the Data Analyst are to extract and feed data into our database, troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies, perform weekly and daily data verification, as well as detailed data analysis in Excel, including advanced formulas, tables and charts . The Data Analyst will work in conjunction with our Data Management, Media Buying and Client Services Teams to verify the accuracy of data and ensure data transfers and reporting reflect the correct information for use by various departments within the company, as well as externally by our clients. This is a job for someone that works well under pressure, can troubleshoot issues like nobody's business, has a sharp eye for detail, and can sort and manipulate data with the best of them!
We require a minimum of 3 years experience in Data Analysis, Quality Assurance and/or Data Manipulation. The successful candidate will possess an advanced and proficient skills in:
MS Excel (Advanced), MS Word, and basic text and delimited file formats
Basic MS Access, and knowledge of data tables, data extraction and data manipulation
MS Windows XP, MS Office 2003-2007, and basic computer troubleshooting knowledge
