Help Desk Technician (Los Angeles & West Side)

Established Network Consulting Firm is looking for a help desk technician (starting $15-$18/hr). Great position for growing into a senior tech




Skills:




• Windows XP Troubleshooting


• Microsoft Office and specially Outlook Troubleshooting skills. Must understand POP, IMAP


• Strong Anti Virus removal skills


• Excellent communications skills (Friendly, Polite, Patient, enthusiastic, goal oriented)


• Router setup and Troubleshooting


• IP Printing


• Basic Network Skills (IP Networking)


• Troubleshooting (Configure, upgrade, relocation of data, software, hardware)


• Creating, using and Maintaining support documentation


• Strong Work Ethics


• Detail oriented


• Self learner


• Strong Common Sense


• Multi tasking abilities




Bonus Skills (will improve your chances for the job):




• Windows 2003/2008


• Windows 7


• Exchange 2003/2007


• Apple / Mac OS


• Smart Phone experience, such as blackberry, iphone, Android OS
