Job Description:
As the Director of IT, you will be responsible for building and managing technical solutions to support our direct marketing, operations, E-Commerce and customer service efforts. We are looking for an experienced Technology Leader in the Los Angeles area to work effectively in an integrated team environment. You have a broad understanding of many technologies along with deep expertise in web technologies and are at the fore-front of emerging technologies. You will work with an integrated project team to ensure project delivery and manage projects from requirements through launch ensuring on-time, on-quality delivery. You will also work closely with operations teams tasked with Media, Marketing, Payment Processing, and Customer Service to ensure that all technology solutions are performing as designed and achieving maximum return on investment.
Relationships:
Works under the direction of VP of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build the technology team in Santa Monica.
- Scope and plan digital solutions for CRM, Online Customer Service, Payment Processing and other direct marketing-related initiatives.
- Be the clear voice of leadership on all IT-related matters.
- Drive consistency between requirements, analysis, design, and the developed application.
- Facilitate issue/conflict resolution and change management.
- Work closely with integrated project/operations teams consisting of Project Management, Creative, Information Architecture, Media, Marketing, Payment Processing and Customer Service to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on quality.
- Lead in developing unique direct marketing solutions that satisfy Mantra Entertainment business goals, requirements and infrastructure.
- Work and provide direction on multiple projects at a time.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- College Degree Required
- IT Superstar
- At least 8 years experience in leading web development teams.
-Direct response marketing experience a must. Experience with DRTV and multi-channel marketing a must.
- Experience in Rich Internet Applications, Cold Fusion, LAMP, Java, and/or .NET environments.
- Application architecture experience utilizing Object Oriented (OOAD) modeling or similar methodologies/frameworks.
- Expertise in software solutions for Marketing, CRM, and Payment Processing
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to multi-task.
