Customer Service / Technical Support
A small, dynamic company is looking for a responsible, reliable, and motivated individual to join our Technical Support/Customer Service team. Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus.
Job Description:
This is not an IT job.
Learn our complete line of niche electronical products.
Provide technical support on installations and applications of our products via email, phone call, and in person.
Work with team on product development and application for customers.
Assist other departments when needed to get job done.
Attend tradeshows to demonstrate products face to face with customers.
Learn about different industries and how our product can be integrated into those industries.
Requirements:
Must be computer savvy, able to troubleshoot PC & MAC related issues.
Excellent phone etiquette with a customer service attitude. Confident in speaking with a diverse client base.
Professional appearance and demeanor in person and over the phone.
Excellent command of the English language including writing polite and grammatically correct email.
Be able to travel nationwide whenever needed, including setting up and taking down displays.
Comfortable speaking in public in front of small and large groups.
Outstanding attendance and punctuality.
Must be legal to work in the US and have a valid US driver license.
Entry level ok.
