Leading global health and wellness conglomerate needs a resourceful and motivated individual to join its IT division. This versatile role will be actively involved in both the functional (solution design and maintenance) and the support side (ensuring users understand the functional requirements). We are looking person must have a demonstrated ability to analyze data schema and engagingly convey information to non-technical staff. Someone with the ability to effectively lead and motivate small project teams will be a perfect fit for this position!
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Technology/IT
- 1+ years of experience with HRMS, HRIS Application Analysis
- HR business processes understanding
- NuView HRMS application
- Taleo Enterprise Edition
- SQL based queries
- Reporting tools such as Business Objects or Crystal Reports
- Project and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies
- Ability to identify system impact for small and large scale initiatives
- College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent strongly preferred
