Image tracking/recognition (LA/OC)

Looking for a computer scientist adept at manipulating images in video. Must have depth in image recognition/tracking etc. Need someone who can hit the ground running. Must be fluent at matlab and be able to provide verifiable resume and past experience. This is not a web design project.
