Looking for an event planner/manager for a two month project.
I need someone who can take a high-profile celebrity-driven charity event and make it spectacular! A truely wonderful cause. We are a small agency, but need someone on board for a two month period to help with this event.
The person will:
- Manage the event planning logistics
- Coordinate with vendors
- Develop and implement tactics to promote event (graphic designer available to support you)
- Invite and coordinate with celebs and VIPs (contacts can be provided)
This is an independent contractor postion. Pay is negotiable - please provide your requirements.
