I need someone to help me rewire a house. Must be willing to work in attic and crawl space. Must be willing to work some evenings and/or weekends.
The house is located near the intersection of Jefferson & Normandie in Los Angeles, 90018. Compensation $20/hour.
You will need your own transportation and ordinary electrician’s hand tools plus the following:
Drill, extension cord, Sawzall, and
A ½ inch diameter flexible drill bit, 72” long for drilling a dozen holes from light switch box cutouts in drywall through wall top plates.
At least ¾ inch masonry bit and drill motor for drilling a 12 inch deep hole in concrete to install a 5/8” 8-foot ground rod or a hammer drill with bit for drilling a minimum ¾ inch 12 inch deep hole in concrete
