During the workshop we will:
A. Go over the overall process of how to do a loan modification
B. Help you fill out the loan modification package…
1. We will help you with your income and expense worksheet
2. Help you write a hardship letter
3. Make sure your package is complete
C. Give you ideas on what to say and what not to say when talking to your lender.
D. Introduce other programs available just in case you aren’t qualified for the “Obama” plan.
E. You may even listen to a call or two to the lenders.
You will leave with a completed package ready to send to your lender…
Cost is $195 per person. Seating is limited. You must RSVP to secure a spot. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a seat.
